Dance & Acrobatics Ballet- is refind and formal performance dance that is highly technical form of dance. • Central ballet trope Shen yun- is Performing Arts is a premier classical Chinese dance and music company established in New York. It performs classical Chinese dance, ethnic and folk dance, and story-based dance, with orchestral accompaniment and solo performers. For 5,000 years, divine culture flourished in the land of China. Acrobatics- is the performance of the fear of balance, agility, and motor coordination. It can be found in many of the performing arts, sporting events, and martial arts.

  3. Opera Opera- a dramatic work in one or more acts, set to music for singers and instrumentalists. Opera started in 1790 in china and was first introduce in Beijing to celebrate the Emperor birthday. • Music, dancing, singing, drama, poetry, art and acting.   4. Games Chess- is a board game of strategic skill for two players, played on a checkered board. Each player begins the game with sixteen pieces that are moved and used to capture opposing pieces according to precise rules. Kite- invented by a farmer then used by the military. Later on childern started to create them out of paper and pap into their creativity of art. Chinese Poker- Open-Face Chinese poker is one of the fastest growing games in the poker world. Originally developed in Finland it began to catch on in the U.S., more or less, around 2011/2012. Since then the game has exploded in popularity and is a favorite among pro players in particular. Mahong- is a tile-based game that was developed in China during the Qing dynasty and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th century. Chinese Go-Go is an abstract strategy board game for two players, in which the aim is to surround more territory than the opponent. Chinese checker- is a strategy board game. It can be played by two, three, four, or six people, playing individually or with partners.

  5. Entertainments Martial art-various sports or skills, mainly of Japanese origin, that originated as forms of self-defense or attack, such as judo, karate, and kendo. Biking - ride a bicycle or motorcycle.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (introduction) -It was originated in ancient china in the second century bc, since then it has been developing gradually for over thousands of years. -TMC practitioners use some very helpful treatments that has to do with the traditional chinese medicine such as herbal medicine and mind body practice. For example, like acupuncture and tai chi, by doing this anyone can prevent upcoming health problems or treat them.

  9. Chinese traditional medicine is very particular in china. It includes several treatments such as acupuncture, herbal remedies, dietary advice, stress/emotional support, exercise including tai chi and qi gong and treatments such as cupping and moxibustion. “Does it really work?” The answer is Yes, based on some researched it does work even the United States have been using this method. Commonly used Herbs -Astragalus ,Ginkgo biloba, Red yeast rice, Cinnamon, Ginger, Ginseng, Gotu Kola. This herbs can be used by it self but according to some research if they are combined with one another, the results will be better. They can be used for pain, stress and many more difficulties.

  10. USA Acupuncture China Acupuncture The united states started using acupuncture in 1972, after a visit that the president Nixon’s did to china. Some companies in the United States cover acupuncture such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and Aetna. China came up with the idea of Acupuncture in the 6000 BCE for acupuncture treatment. According to some research, “ There are currently 4169 cm hospitals in china and more than 90% of these hospitals have an acupuncture and moxibustion department.”

  11. Is it Safe & Effective? -Acupuncture, if it’s done by an experienced practitioner then its 100% safe. Improperly performed can cause serious side effects. -Tai Chi and qI gong, is generally safe. -some of the herb used in chinese medicine can cause some side effect if you don't get it in the right place. do it to the interaction of drugs therefore for certain people with medical conditions it can be harmful. -It’s effective, but it all depends on the condition. As we know there are some conditions that have to be treated with something stronger.
